7 More Down And 32 Left

Thursday we rucked 5 miles and today I ran 2 with kiddo in the jogging stroller. It takes some effort but this seems solidly doable. I am going to try to get a few longer runs in over the coming weeks.

Good deal, I'm at 35 miles so far, no idea on the weight. I should easily break 100 miles, I finally feel back on track but I had to give up the idea of running in the mornings.
Sometimes you have to listen to your body.
